Excellent, it helped me a lot in cooking food in advance. The food storage capacity is excellent and sufficient for me. The nice thing is that you can set the timer from one hour to about 4 or 6 hours, and then it keeps the food warm or heats it up for you. The temperature is excellent, of course, enough for one use per day. I usually set the timer for two hours and one hour for heating, and the temperature is like freshly cooked food. The best feature is that it has a microwave function, so you can heat vegetables as you like. I recommend it.
